The support of friends and family goes a long way towards helping you stick with the plan. Request that your friends provide encouragement and inspiration. Your friends can give you a much-needed lift when your are out of motivation. Turn to your friends for moral support when you want to open that bag of potato chips! Just remember, you would do the same for them if the roles were reversed.
